Hello Everyone, I was introduced to integral life by a dear friend. I would greatly appreciate some insights and thoughts on how to get the best results from integral life.
My goals are:

  1. To grow higher up the ladder of consciousness and live consistently at flex-conscoius (yellow) level of consciousness both in my PERSONAL life and BUSINESS
  2. Think and live the integral way in order to live a life that is well rounded and well lived

I would like to get some thoughts & insights on the path/approach to take here and tools to use to get to my goals.
