Information Warfare Education, Propaganda, and How to Tell the Difference

That’s the interesting (and scary) thing - it’s possible for “them” to find pretty much anyone they want to. The only variable in the equation that really matters is how badly you piss “them” off.

I changed phone service providers today and I found it hilarious that free VPN came tossed in as a freebie with the phone insurance. So that’s about the value of “anonymous” or “secure” software provided to the general public.

I’m always reminded of Thanksgiving about 10 years ago when my sister, who is deep into military cybersecurity told me not to rely on TOR, VPN or any similar security precautions. If anyone in a high enough position in the military wants to know everything about you, they will find out.

When I read between the lines and consider the resources being brought to bear to discover their identities - I conclude they are involved in some activities that violate National Security and not “just” criminal activity. Instead of “follow the money” - “follow the resources”. I’ll bet DSN data was “exploited” for sure, lol.

Of course, we’ll probably never really know the real reason why resources were put into discovering Q’s real identity.

After Trudeau’s trampling on Canadian democracy, does anyone not get it yet? Fascism has nothing to do with Left vs Right. For all his predictable, empty rhetoric calling truckers misogynists and nazis, we see clearly the very dangerous threat coming from the Trudeau government. Freezing bank accounts? What kind of precedent is this? To what extent can we trust our banks when a government can come in and decide to take our money if we don’t agree with them? That’s insane. The beginning of the end is when people can no longer trust the system to safeguard what belongs to them, whether it be their money and property or their democratic, constitutional freedoms.

And all for what? Not threats to the nation, neither internal nor external, but a virus whose greatest threat is to the elderly/predisposed, and whose IFR, collectively, is less than 1 percent. Talk about over-reach.

Canadians are not Americans… but Trudea has set a precedent that other governments will be itching to imitate. Notice how Trudeau’s outrageous trampling on Canadian democracy is not receiving the sort of coverage from mainstream media, which one would instead expect if it were, say, China or Russia. Notice the dearth of condemnations coming from western politicians. Who’s the nazi now? Bigots masquerading as anti-bigots. The banality of evil in all its virtue-signaling hypocrisy. History repeats, and we are witnessing a live replay of previous mid-century events that took place in Europe. THIS is how it starts, step-by-step, a piece at a time, and virtue-signaling liberal scolds are at the center of it, carrying the banner for this contemporary replay of fascism.

You haven’t learned yet that if NYT, WaPo, CNN, MSNBC are not covering it then it’s pre-debunked disinformation? You really need to focus on “reputable” sources.

Forget that we’ve never seen invasive “collaboration” between Swamp, Big Tech, Media, Banking and political parties like this in the history of the Western world.
Freeze accounts, background checking including social media post history, banking transactions, internet search history w/ every action LEGAL but which indicates clear UL quadrant issues at the individual level of course manifesting in collective LL existential threats. All of course regardless if external action (real world) ever manifests.
Welcome to post to Soviet Revolution, post WW2 East Germany, CCP China, Leftist Amerika!

Ummm … In the USA the government has had the authority to seize bank accounts and property for decades without due process via any kind of remote linkage to drugs.

I don’t know the specifics of the Trudeau seizures. Also it’s Canada, so doesn’t apply to me and I know the US government is already far beyond that for decades. So in addition to not really trusting any source of information, it’s irrelevant to me except as a philosophical point.

The United States isn’t at the start - it has already been proceeding step by step, one piece at a time in the name of stamping out drugs. It’s also why in my online life I take certain precautions, but as I posted above - no precautions can save you if you piss off the NSA a suitable amount.
I have no idea if “Q” has committed actual crimes or not - but I just the fact that resources are appearing using technology we never heard about before informs me “Q” has pissed off either the NSA or something similar. I also understand when it gets to that point you have no chance whatsoever.

And that has nothing to do with liberal or conservative or Trudeau or Hillary or Trump, but comes with all players’ drive for power and using manipulation, manipulation and ignorance combined with divide and conquer. They give you all a flag to rally around and none of you realize the only purpose of that flag is to distract you from what is actually happening.

What are you talking about? lol
American history is filled with examples of this. Why do you think Rudolph Deisel was found dead at the bottom of a river? lol This is all “business as usual” in American Capitalism.

Yes, indeed - rally around that flag, lol. Beat those drums harder like a good little brainwashed corporate slave. As long as you are back to work tomorrow serving your corporate masters.

And that’s not just “crazy talk”. Dude, you really are a slave and you just do what your masters tell you and even think and believe what they tell you to think and believe.

Your observation accords with my initial impulse. I then went and searched on the topic, before posting, and found that some news sources do reference the topic. But like you say, perhaps I should have looked more closely whether they met the “reputable” threshold, lol. My bad.

I know, @raybennett. I also know about the draconian methods of the IRS wrt taxation (I studied American taxation law for a bit). What’s nuts about the current situation in Canada is the fake pretext upon which Trudeau is acting. Covid? I mean, really. If the government entertains such a lame excuse, to deny essential freedoms and tamper with administrative entities such as the banks that depend on trust for their smooth operation, and Canadians let them get away with it, that’s just pathetic. The Great Unravelling is picking up speed, and its direction is one-way. What has taken centuries… nay, millennia… to develop will be extinguished in a couple of decades, maybe less.

I partially agree. The do-whatever-it-takes mentality of the Democrats, however, does not encounter much opposition from a cowardly GOP afraid of their own shadow. And the free reign that the likes of BLM and Antifa are given has no equivalent counterpart on the right. Civil disobedience - celebrated as the voice of the people when the left do it, breaking the law when it’s anyone else.

Yes, it has certainly been a part of business in American Capitalism for a long time. Whether it’s light-bulbs that don’t need to be replaced, or any technology or process that threatens the status quo, exceptional circumstances often elicited exceptional responses, from buy-outs to assassination. But no, it’s never been “business as usual”… until now. This era of DeepSwamp, BigTech and FakeNewsMedia is exactly as Fermented observes. We are entering a stage that is unprecedented.

Incidentally, Rudolf Diesel was German, not American, and the circumstances of his disappearance have not been confirmed. Irrespective of whether he was taken out, the American context does not apply to him.

Is all of this simply Right Wing Media conspiracy in an attempt to de-legitimize a legitimately elected President Biden and potential 2024 DNC Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton?

Poor optics on this for Biden and the DNC.

Couple this with the poor optics of BLM’s new legal team being one and the same as Clinton’s “Steele Dossier” legal team, and well it’s “not a good look”.

https://nypost.com/2022/02/17/blm-hires-clinton-aide-marc-elias-who-paid-for-steele-dossier/

I don’t see the link between this and the legitimacy of the election.

How does the opinions or position of Minyon Moore have any bearing whatsoever on the legitimacy of the election?
I don’t even see that in the FOX story.
Who is saying that Minyon Moore’s opinion validates or invalidates an election in any way?

In the second piece - how does BLM’s hiring practices in any way reflect on the validity of the election?

I really can’t figure out how you see these as connected to the election or in any way saying that votes should or should not be counted or what electoral college delegates are valid.

Interesting optics here - Trump as Speaker of House, then he leads Impeachment of Biden and Harris. And then as 3rd in line of succession, bada bing bada boom…

LOL I like how “random adviser associated with BLM” is “poor optics” according to you, but “GOP could use cynical loophole to forcibly reinstate twice-impeached ex-President who lost his election” is “interesting optics”.

Just goes to show, “optics” is subjective and 100% dependent upon the biases and prejudices of the observer.

This is an old idea.
Sure, I’m all for it.
Let the United States crash and burn and not pass one single piece of legislation, even simple funding packages. Let every single session of Congress get bogged down in Trump’s ramblings, lol.

Here’s the reality - Trump would only attend a few sessions then he’d get bored. He wouldn’t be able to hide in his residence and call it “Executive Time”, lol. He wouldn’t be able to fly in by helicopter then fly out before he got bored, because he isn’t the President anymore.
Can you imagine Trump sitting through a 3 day fillibuster, lol?

So sure, give him a job that he is even more unsuited to than he was for President. Let America burn as a consequence of it’s own stupidity.
Or, let sanity return. I’ll accept either scenario.

I checked three times to make sure this wasn’t a gag news site.

Surprising absolutely no one, Q Anon agrees.

I wonder if this is why Trump worked so hard to delegitimize and dismantle NATO during his administration, and why those GOP senators spent July 4th in Moscow a couple years back? Not so great optics, as our mutual friend would likely say.

I don’t think we should give Trump too much credit. He is a follower from the front. He tries to see what others are saying, and gets in front of them and says it louder and more audaciously to give the appearance that he is leading, when he in fact isn’t.

Let’s be real - Trumps and fragile Ego and incompetence at anything except “selling it” are what dismantled everything he touched. He completely delegitimized and dismantled everything he touched. NATO just happened to have a few summits while he was in a particular mood. His only concern with Ukraine was to try and indirectly harm Biden through his son. I honestly don’t think he could even place it on a map.

@corey-devos @raybennett

TDS - I hear it’s a tough addiction to break.

Why Putin is Outfoxing the West? We’ll let’s ponder that question a bit…

Putin is not outfoxing “The West”.
He has only outfoxed a small portion of the United States, which happens to be the majority of the Republican party. Nobody in Europe is “outfoxed”, nor is the Left.

I notice you get more infantile in your posts the closer I hit to the truth, lol.

Do you even see how your own ideas are contradictory? In your first pictures you are celebrating Q (and therefore supporting their stance on supporting Putin), and you also link this support with the previous Pro-Trump photo. Then in the next photo you blame Biden for the west being fooled by Putin.

Essentially, you support Q, Trump, and also Putin - then in the next post blame Biden for supporting Putin. And you don’t even realize this while you are posting?

Of course not - like a primitive ape you just feel hurt somehow and confused and your only thought is to strike out at a group you perceive as different from you.

That’s cognitive breakdown. In other words, you are thinking like a lower order primate and unable to control your thought processes.

Aww that is some cute trolling, coming from the guy who obsessively posts anti-Biden/anti-left comments, uses cringey nicknames for Biden and Harris, and is unwilling to criticize his preferred political party. Adorable!

@corey-devos I appreciate your humor in all this. We’ll take your silence on the current majority party’s accomplishments building our “conveyor belt” as your approval, yes?

  • Ending the Pandemic - job well done
  • Immigration reform - job well done
  • Economy - job well done
  • Bringing together the nation - job well done
  • Education - job well done
  • Racial Equity - job well done
  • Foreign Affairs - job well done

The “promises” were fairly straight forward pre-election, and all are “job well done” - right?
It’s really just a matter of optics, messaging, correct?
The US and the world are better off, more integral, on the conveyor belt 1 year in to the current party’s majority control than before. Yes?

@raybennett Little shits and giggles for the morning. Meant to ask, if you’re a coffee drinker what would you recommend out of the islands?
