Integral Life won't respond to my emails

I have been with Integral Life for years but wish to discontinue my membership but cannot find anywhere to cancel the annual payment. Must I cancel my credit card?
I am amazed that I cannot find a way to cancel.

I have sent several emails without any response. Come on. I feel like I am being manipulated and used. HELP.
