hello friends.
I was a member here awhile ago. I engaged in sometimes good, but mostly destructive ways on integrallife.
I want to offer a deep apology and a bow to integral for their forgiveness during this trying process.
It was a dark, angry, frightening time in my life and I took it out on whomever I could.
I was surprised to see that it still happens here.
