It’s amazing how it’s possible to just curageoiusly and quietly make a very common sense reform of crime by just reversing an stupid executive action done by a former President.
Does anyone actually think that posession of Marijuana should be a federal crime equal to selling and trafficing heroin or cocaine?
Posession and use of Marijuana is a victimless crime, and since there is no victim - why is it a crime?
This is something that both extremes of the political spectrum agree on from Libertarians to Anarchists. It will be interesting to see if this is an issue the left and the right can come together on.
