What I think I see in conservatives right now is so much resistance to growth and a deep threat coming from the rewriting of amber to be more inclusive that there is a regression into red. My fear with this regression is, if it really takes hold, we will destroy our country. I also see the progressive reactive state to all of this is producing a type of militancy, trying to force the growth. I think this is having the opposite effect, which it always does, accelerating the downward spiral. How do we stop it? Do we just let the collapse happen?
This instability triggers all my worst fears from violence towards immigrants, my child, violence towards POC, my child, unwillingness to listen to reason, expertise and dealing with the reality of the limitations of regulations, producing ineffective progressive laws that only amplify the problems they are trying to solve, my profession and economic collapse, personal fears.
I’m sorry you and your child have experienced violence. Call the police immediately. No one should be living in fear.
If your profession revolves around the DEI industrial complex and particularly if your intersectionality score is low (not so preferred) you might want to retrain/reposition as this sector will likely be in significant decline for at least a decade.
I think it is really important to look at our priorities when deciding where to live. Often in our society people rush to locations where there are easy jobs, low property values and low taxes. The states of Texas, Florida, Nevada come to mind. As a result of moving there, people are joining what is essentially a community that is low socioeconomic class without any means of rising out of it through education or culture. We call these areas “redneck” or “flyover” states. “Hillbilly” areas are specific geographical areas that also do not have economic opportunities, but want the federal government to do something to return robs to the region in antiquated industries like coal.
When I returned to the United States from 15 years abroad, I looked very closely at who I wanted to live next to, and what each state offered. I know I can always find work, so I’ve never been one to go to “where all the jobs are”.
When I am forced to attend a workshop or seminar in the these places, they also tend to be in these places that everyone seems to think are great but I just don’t “get”. They are the often the stupidest places to build a city and if the billions of gallons of water ever stop flowing into these desert cities, everyone will die within three days. There’s a kind of oblivious ignorance required to live in Phoenix, Las Vegas, Dallas, and so on in listing 50 other cities that is a direct contraindication to being Integral.
So I would say, the first thing - what would Integral or near Integral people value most in a city or county? Then, which cities have the most of those qualities? Those areas will attract more Integral or near Integral populations, and people in Red or Amber or low Orange will be repulsed by them.
Hawaii is a case in point. People who are strongly ethnocentric white are completely repulsed by the racial dynamics here. That is a good thing. Rednecks prefer Florida or Texas or Las Vegas for vacation, and that is a good thing for us, lol.
A very good book which I got this concept from is Ekhart Tolle’s “A New Earth”
Hmmm… kinda feels like you’re jousting a wee bit.
And no, just because someone is a vegan would not make them a Libtard. Have you noticed me using Libtard often, or even at all? Are you projecting some trauma you’ve experienced?
For what it’s worth I’m not offended by your insinuation that I dont like veggies, but do think you’ve got some inner quadrant shadow work to look at.
Most people I would not point this out, but @FermentedAgave I think I just have to make sure - you know that is a gag article, right?
You’ve been fooled before, so I just wanted to make sure.
Funny you should revisit Hillary Clinton today. You must be at that stage in your cycle.
Are you now going to recognize you were completely misinformed when making all those posts you made about how the Sussmann case is going to lead to the downfall of Democrats?
